Year-End Questions

As we move forward into 2020, I like to take some time to reflect on 2019. Having a vision is important, if not critical, but so is learning from our mistakes. Here are a few questions I ask myself each year:

What are the 3-5 greatest lessons I learned last year?
What was the biggest risk I took last year, successful or not?
What are the 3-5 best self-improvements I made?
What should I have done less of in 2019? More of?
What accomplishments am I most proud of?

I hope these questions help stir the pot for you in 2020. If you’d like more questions, check out https://daringtolivefully.com/year-end-reflection by Marelisa Fabrega. Look, 2019 already happened—it’s in the books—so why not extract everything we can so we don’t have to repeat anything unnecessarily. Take the time to answer these questions, you won’t be sorry you did.

With Gratitude,
Beth
