It’s Friday and it’s the summer, so today I’ve decided to be lighthearted and brief! I never thought I would quote Bill Murray nor embrace his wisdom, but today is the day! For almost anything we want in life, giving 100% would solve a lot of our problems.

Agreeing to give 100% means you will not only show up, but you’re going to do your very best work. Look around, are you doing your VERY BEST at work? Your best is not only at work, it’s at home, too. Are you giving 100% to your relationships, to your health, and what about to you? You might be the one you skimp on the most. Give that some thought.

90% is not 100%. They may look similar and you may have fooled those around you, but do you know who knows that wasn’t your very best work? Yup. You! Be mindful of your level of work today. 100% will get noticed by others, but more importantly it will get noticed by you! So let’s GO! Today is 100% day! We got this.
