Motivational Monday!

Have you ever thought about your happy list? What is it that makes you happy? Is it exercise, reading, cooking, napping, or something else? We should all know what makes up our happy list. And my happy list might not look anything like your happy list and that’s O.K..


Take a minute to make your Happy List. Think of 5 things that you love to do that ALWAYS make you happy. And it has to be 5 things that are readily available to you almost instantly—and they should be free or cheap! So don’t put “travel” on your list, but you can put walking on the beach if that is available to you at a moments notice. We think we know what makes us happy, but today we are going to be absolutely sure!


We are living in challenging times. Life always has it’s ups and downs, so we need to be prepared with our Happy List during those unfortuante downturns. If we don’t have The List then we are more likely to wallow in the down times, forgetting that we have our List of Happiness at our fingertips, ready to proactively raise our spirits! Share some of your thoughts with me. I will then share some of the best Happy List ideas later this week.
