That’s it. Who can you help? Whose burden can you help carry today. What does that even look like? Spend five minutes thinking of your friends and family. Pick one person who is carrying their burden just fine—yet YOU know it’s heavy. That’s the one. Ask yourself, “How can I make it lighter?” And GO DO THAT!!
