I have done my best over the last few weeks to avoid—at all costs—sharing any content that would in any way stress you (or me) out. Today, I am going to get very close, but just in a teensy way, so hear me out.
Have you thought about setting goals for 2019? It’s ok, breathe! That’s as close as I am going to get to stressing you out! Now is not the time to write out your 2019 goals, but today is an excellent day to take 5 minutes and choose the day that you will dedicate to delving into the process of writing out your 2019 goals.
I have chosen December 27th. What day will you choose? I ask because it is really important if you want to be exceptional. Only 3% of Americans have written goals, less than 1% review and rewrite them regularly, and we are 42% more likely to achieve our goals if they are written down.
