“Would’ve. Should’ve. Could’ve…Didn’t. Didn’t. Didn’t.” Unknown
We all have one life and we should be living it with no regrets, right? Andy Andrews said, “Life itself is a privilege, but to live life to its fullest—well, that’s a choice.”
What’s your, “Would’ve. Should’ve. Could’ve”? I want to visit Rwanda and go on a gorilla trek. I realized just the other day that I may be the only one who wants to do this in my family, so I decided to start planning it so that it didn’t become a “Would’ve. Should’ve. Could’ve.” Africa is not Florida. It take a lot more planning for a trip like this to take place. I spoke with Doug and it looks like he wants to join me—albeit Napa will always be his first choice.
Here’s the point: I realized that Gorilla Trekking in Africa was my dream and no one else’s, therefore I needed to make it happen. There is a dream that you have that no one else has—so make it happen! No regrets, right? You’ve thought about this thing a lot, just like I have. Verbalizing the dream and starting the search made me realize that my dream was going to “die on the vine” until I announced, “I’m going.” My heart was so happy. Speak your dream out loud. Research it. And please—declare it’s happening. We don’t want any, “Didn’t. Didn’t. Didn’t.”
Let’s GO! WE GOT THIS!
